Geographic shipping areas :
We do ship to all European Union countries, also including Switzerland, Andorra and Monaco. However, European Union territories outside the geographical area of Europe (eg French overseas departments and territories) are not delivered.

Order processing :
In order to prepare your parcel, once your order is confirmed, we communicate information to our logistics service provider to pick, pack and deliver the packed items to the shipper carrier.
The logistic platform is based in France (Toulouse) near our office.
The parcel is then transported by the shipping carrier to you selected destination.

Delivered countries : Switzerland, Andorra
Specificity : For these locations you do not pay the French VAT. The amount, excluding taxes, is automatically recalculated at the end of the order process (Step 5). All orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to any local taxes, customs duties, dues and fees for customs clearance on delivery. Contact local authorities for more information.

Tracking :
When your order is ready for shipment you will be sent an e-mail to access a unique tracking number which you can use to track your parcel.
At all time, you can access your tracking number using the website: My account / Order history & details / Order reference / Tracking number. Click to see delivery progression.
Delivery control :
- Damaged parcel :
You or the recipient must verify the apparent condition of the goods and their packaging. In case of failure, you should not accept the parcel. The opening of the parcel excludes any appeal against the carrier.
Immediately inform the customer service of your refusal and send back all items in your possession: reservations on the carrier, damage report, if possible pictures of the parcel so that we can treat the abnormality and improve our service
- Non-conforming products :
The greatest care is taken to control the production, process your orders and prepare your parcel, however we are not infallible! In case of finding any non-conformity of the products at the delivery, please contact customer service so that we can address the non-compliance.
